Come & join us as we celebrate Harvest

led by Rev Paul Worsnop. 

We are collecting donations for the Peopleโ€™s Kitchen. A big thank you in advance for your continued support.

The Peopleโ€™s Kitchen have identified items they use:

Main meals:
All tinned meats - stewing steak, mince and onions, corned beef, PEK pork, ham, burgers, Irish Stew, chicken curry, minced beef, chilli, Bolognese

Cooking ingredients:
Stock cubes (especially vegetarian), sugar, flour, dried rice, ground white pepper, cooking oil, dumpling mix, sage and onion stuffing, brown sauce, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and cream cooking sauces, mixed spice, desiccated coconut, cooking chocolate, beef, chicken and onion gravy granules

Drinks:
Dilute orange, coffee, instant drinking chocolate, tea, individual cans of pop or bottles/ cartons of juice

Biscuits:
Individually wrapped biscuits, crisps, sweets, and chocolate bars

Puddings:
Tinned or instant custard, tinned rice, peaches, fruit cocktail, apricots, mandarin oranges, pears, pineapples, jams and golden syrup, honey, large tins of evaporated milk, long-life milk

Tinned Veg:
Mixed veg, garden peas, processed peas, potatoes

Soups:
Lentil, lentil and bacon, Scotch broth, vegetable, leek and potato, mushroom (condensed)

Note:
They have high volumes of some items, particularly pasta, baked beans and full-size boxes of cereals, and these items are therefore not needed.
