April 2026: Thoughts from June
Dear Friends, in light of the continuing world situation, the Methodist church has asked us to reflect on holding onto our faith in times of crisis. Many in the Bible lived in times of crisis. Moses and Isaiah lived in times of crisis and Jesus as He faced death on the Cross. When we hear of crisis in the news and in our own lives, we can know that God continues to love us and remains at our side throughout it all.
May God bless us in our daily lives and help us to retain our faith and hope, when we and the world face so many challenges. The Truth is, no matter what, nothing can separate us from God’s love which is ours in Jesus.
With good wishes and prayers,
June Heslewood
